近日，某商贸行将他人的产品商标用于店面招牌，被该品牌店面服务商标所有人告上法庭，被判赔偿经济损失及维权费用上万元。原告称，被告未经许可，在其店面招牌上使用原告注册商标，其行为侵犯了原告的注册商标专有权，遂向法院起诉，要求该店停止侵权，并赔偿损失上万元。</p>

法院审理查明，根据商标法的相关规定，被告的行为极其容易误导公众的，已经构成商标侵权，遂作出以上判决。</p>
